Inclusive Leadership - AILA (SA) Dives In!

The Australian Insurance Law Association (SA) held a unique seminar on “Inclusive Leadership” on 27 September 2018 as part of the Dive In Festival which is an initiative of Inclusion@Lloyd’s, a collaboration between the Corporation of Lloyd’s, IUA, LIIBA, and the Lloyd’s Market Association. The Dive In Festival’s aim is to widen perspectives and share best practice in diversity and inclusion to effect change faster. Our guest speaker was Nicole Swaine, Managing Director of Explore Potential Consulting. It was a privilege, as President of AILA (SA), to host Nicole, a highly expert and entertaining speaker on a very important topic.
