Hayne Royal Commission - Final Report due February 2019

The Royal Commission into the Financial Services Industry published its 3 volume Interim Report on 28 September 2018 and is due to publish its Final Report on 1 February 2019. The Interim Report emphasised six “commandments”:
1. Obey the law 2. Do not mislead or deceive 3. Be fair
4. Provide services that are fit for purpose 5. Deliver services with reasonable care and skill
6. When acting for another, always act in their best interest
